CAN I PAY BY CARD

We no longer accept card payments onsite in Dunfermline due to issues with WiFi in the Kingsgate however you are welcome to pay by cash or book online. We accept card payments at all other sites.

CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING? 

No, once a booking is in our system we cant change it sadly.

ARE GIFTS INCLUDED?

Yes! Santa loves to give gifts, these may include plush toys or books. Santa loves to share the joy of story time, he gives out books and toys with each grotto visit depending on the location.

ARE PHOTOS INCLUDED?

Yes! Take unlimited selfies and take as many pictures as you like! 

I DID NOT GET MY E-TICKET

Our system is automated and we cant reissue tickets. Some email servers may block our ticketing system. Please do not email us. Please bring your PayPal reciept or bank statement to verify your payment. Please note you will be in our box office system and all your details will be stored at our end on the Grotto Computer.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

We offer a strict no refunds policy. Tickets are non refundable.

If you turn up late or miss a booking we will not refund you.

If you claim you did not enjoy your visit we will not refund you and we do not reply to mail of this nature.

Should Santa be unable to appear we will reschedule your slot or offer a credit notice or video cameo. Again no refunds.

Unless the shopping centre is closed due to an "act of god" or weather we will not rearrange a booking due to weather conditions\ice\flood\snow.

RECORDING

You may be recorded for security purposes. You may be photographed or recorded for publicity purposes.

 ADMISSION RIGHTS

Management reserve the right to refuse admission and remove any visitors at any point without notice, credit, compensation or refund.

LIGHTING

Warning we use flashing and pulsating lighting at our grottos which may effect those with medical issues.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Management will not be responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged on our property.

LIABILITY

By purchasing tickets or entering our events you agree to waive all claims of liability against our company, performers, associates and venues. 

PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY

By entering our events or buying tickets you agree to all of the above conditions and assume full responsibility for all your actions whether intentional or accidental.
